This Privacy Policy explains how Discovery Productions Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Sarah Grynberg, collects, uses, holds and protects your personal information when you visit sarahgrynberg.com or buy from our store. Payments and order processing

We receive confirmation of payment and the order details needed to fulfil your purchase, but not your full payment card details.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy applies in addition to those rights, it does not limit them. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is meant to, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.
Digital products (courses, meditations and downloads)
Because our digital products, such as guided meditations and downloadable audio, are delivered to you instantly and can be accessed straight away, we are unable to offer refunds once the content has been delivered or accessed.
You are still covered if something goes wrong. We will provide a refund or a working replacement if:
You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once
If you have a problem with a digital purchase, email us at media@sarahgrynberg.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and we will make it right.
Physical products (books and merchandise)
For physical items, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be repaired within 7 days of purchase only and replaced at no cost to you, including any return postage, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
How to request a replacement
Email media@sarahgrynberg.com with your name, order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sarahgrynberg.com and any purchases you make from us. The site is operated by Discovery Productions: 71151249294, trading as Sarah Grynberg. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

3. Products and pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST. We do our best to keep product descriptions and pricing accurate, but we may correct errors and update prices at any time before you purchase. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.
4. Digital content licence
When you buy a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute or publicly broadcast the content, or strip any notices from it, without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site and in our products, including text, audio, video, images, course materials and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to

6. Wellbeing disclaimer
Our content, including the podcast, meditations, courses and blog, is provided for general educational and informational purposes and to support your personal growth. It is not medical, psychological or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are dealing with a health or mental health concern, please seek appropriate professional support.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could harm us or other users.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, to the extent permitted by law our liability to you is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant product or refunding its price, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
